Complimentary Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order within Guatemala, and every order includes tracking information.

Processing & Delivery Time

Every bag is handcrafted in Guatemala, so delivery time depends on the piece:

• Ready to Ship: delivered within a maximum of 4 business days of your order.
• Made to Order: your bag is handcrafted especially for you by our artisans and delivered within approximately 14 business days of your order.

Returns

Ready to Ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their dust bag and original packaging. Made to Order pieces and pieces purchased on sale are final sale.

To start a return, email us at hello@sacdesoul.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will coordinate the pickup with you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Repairs

If your piece ever needs a repair, email us at hello@sacdesoul.com with your order number and a few photos of the piece, and we will coordinate the next steps with you.
